Missoula In Motion's story-telling series, Commuters of Missoula, features every day Missoulians that incorporate sustainable transportation into their lives. Commuters of Missoula features individuals who are frequent bikers, walkers, bus riders, and carpoolers as well as those who do it once and a while! Whether you're a winter biker or a once a month bus rider, we'd love to chat! Consider nominating yourself or a friend.

Every year Missoula In Motion recognizes two Missoulians who have built sustainable transportation habits into their daily lives and who help promote sustainable transportation at their place of work or in the community.

MISSOULA'S TRANSPORTATION GOALS

The City of Missoula has adopted ambitious mode split goals as a part of it's Long Range Transportation Plan including reducing the drive-alone rate to 34% and tripling bike, walk and transit trips all by 2045.  You can help support our community's transportation goals. Every time you choose a sustainable mode you are part of the solution!
