Every year Missoula In Motion recognizes two Missoulians who have built sustainable transportation habits into their daily lives and who help promote sustainable transportation at their place of work or in the community.

The City of Missoula has adopted ambitious mode split goals as a part of it's Long Range Transportation Plan including reducing the drive-alone rate to 34% and tripling bike, walk and transit trips all by 2045.
