Join any or all of the 4 group fitness classes from 4 different local fitness facilities! All classes are FREE and open to anyone wanting to participate. Learn from some of Missoula's finest instructors, who are trained to meet participants where they are at and offer modifications as needed. All classes will require breathable, flexible clothing and water bottles are encourage!

SHiNE Dance Fitness is fun, easy to follow dance cardio class choreographed to chart-topping music. Instructors provide modifications and low impact options throughout the class. You've never had so much fun working out!

Vinyasa is rooted in the traditional philosophy of yoga, incorporating not just the physical postures but also mindfulness, breath control, and meditation. These All Levels flow classes are vinyasa based with an opportunity to explore creative dynamic transitions to strengthen and stretch your mind and body.
