Fitness
classes

Join any or all of the 3 group fitness classes from 3 different local fitness facilities! All classes are FREE and open to anyone wanting to participate. Learn from some of Missoula's finest instructors, who are trained to meet participants where they are at and offer modifications as needed. All classes will require breathable, flexible clothing and water bottles are encourage!  

THE PEAK 

Class: BODYPUMP

Time: 12:00-12:45 pm
Instructor: Jen Fivecoat
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing

The Peak will be hosting BODYPUMP; a total body strength workout that will shape and tone all major muscle groups, increase core strength, improve bone health and leave you feeling strong and fit.

Yoga Posture

Headwaters Hot Yoga

Class: Beginner Yoga
Time: 1:00-1:45 pm

Instructor: Catie Anderson
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing, yoga mat

Feel your body change as the postures stay the same in this practice that is designed to strengthen your Legs and Spine. Props are not used in this yoga series. This class is for all levels. Instructors are available for posture modification suggestions if needed.

VRTX Fitness

Class: Upbeat Barre
Time: 2:00-2:30 pm

Instructor: Angie Woody
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing, yoga mat

Barre is a low-impact, hybrid workout - combining strength, cardio, flexibility, balance and core conditioning. It blends ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength-training for a full body workout. Options provided for all levels. This class will use no equipment, but the effort will be 100%.

SHiNE

Class: SHiNE Dance Fitness
Time: 3:00-4:00 pm

Instructor: Marty Rehbein
What to bring: Water, light-weight breathable clothing, 

SHiNE Dance Fitness uses hit music and choreography for all-abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results.
