Join any or all of the 4 group fitness classes from 4 different local fitness facilities! All classes are FREE and open to anyone wanting to participate. Learn from some of Missoula's finest instructors, who are trained to meet participants where they are at and offer modifications as needed. All classes will require breathable, flexible clothing and water bottles are encourage!

Orangetheory is a dynamic blend of strength and cardio training scientifically designed to give you an efficient and energizing 1-hour total body workout. All elements of the class work together to supercharge your metabolism so you’re burning calories and body fat while also building lean muscle.

SHiNE Dance Fitness is fun, easy to follow dance cardio class choreographed to chart-topping music. Instructors provide modifications and low impact options throughout the class. You've never had so much fun working out!
