Encourage Activity Hosts to take up space and stay flexible. 

Activity Hosts should be set up in the middle of the street. The spaces on the map are not exact.  Be flexible with setting up, distancing with other activities, and giving everyone the space that they need along the route. All activities should be set up by 11:45 am.

Help them know where to park.

Side streets are okay for parking. Activity hosts can move the street barricades to drive to designated spots and drop off equipment after 11:00 am, but all vehicles must be off of the route by 11:45 am.
